It was delicious!! The hubby loved it!!

I love making variety of what I call frittatas and I had learned about using the heavy whipping cream from a chef when it comes to scrambling the eggs and it does make a difference but although I have used bacon often, I had never put it on the bottom and that would almost be like a substitute crust on a quiche! I will have to try that. Thanks , it looks so good, I could smell and taste it through my phone! Lol 😊
