Make sure you run it with 3DFX Glide video & Direct Sound 3d audio, and try changing the resolution. Are there any error messages appearing?

@@colk5373 I think that's related to dgvoodoo. Try deleting the glide.dlls from the Carnivores 2 folder, and instead install nglide - it's a one-time install that will apply to all your copies of Carnivores.
