CARNIVORE Fried "RICE" Is GOOD Luck: Better Than Takeout!

This #carnivore fried rice is sure to make the whole low carb family happy! It's filling, it's budget friendly, and it's easy to do. It's also easy to customize to make it keto or ketovore, so you can adjust the recipe to your taste and get that Chinese takeout feeling once again without all the seed oils and carbohydrate guilt!
You'll need my carnivore soy sauce recipe (here: • CARNIVORE Soy Sauce/KE... ), or you can easily use coconut aminos to your taste as well if you prefer.

    I’m going carnivore in March after some surgery in February. Been looking for recipes I’ll be able to chew, and I LOVE fried rice. What an amazing skill you have, Chris. Truly a God given talent. As far as caps and hats go, we were taught that gentlemen don’t wear them indoors, unless you’re at a sporting event, or something like that. In the military, all of us had to take off our headgear indoors.

    Hi Chris! This came out just in time for my Sunday meal prep. Growing up I used to fry lots of rice. I’d break the eggs in the frying pan well and stir them then because I like non uniform pieces of eggs, some with more egg yolk, some more egg white for the texture. Also, it shortens a step and a bowl to wash. Thank you Chris! As always:”eat meat, love your life” and be happy!

    Liquid aminos is a great replacement for soy sauce for anyone doing body building. Tastes basically the same but has precursors for protein/muscle mass.

    I can’t wait to try this recipe Chris! Since I want to support you in any way I can, may I suggest that you place links for the exact products you use for easier access. I have searched through several pages to find the egg white powder and beef collagen to then wonder which ones you used. Especially the egg white powder. Is it the “dried egg whites” or the “egg white protein powder”. Since I’m really not a cook per se, I really need this recipe in my life and I don’t want to get the wrong product. I made your cheeseburger tacos a few weeks ago, and now it has become a definite meal in the rotation…so, so good.

    Once again knocked it out of the park Chris! Can't wait to try it. Just one piece of feedback, from a person who has recreated your dishes again and again because you're a genius.... As someone who lived in the far East for many years and ate fried rice almost every day at street restaurants, I don't understand why you chose to fry the "rice" in butter. That's going to give it a distinctive butter flavour and completely out of place for Asian food. Wouldn't it be better to use lard instead of butter?

    You definitely could do that. Many people don’t eat pork products, and I like the flavor of butter. But fats are always interchangeable for those types of things. Also a lot of Japanese style fried rice dishes in the US and other western countries use butter, so that’s what the palates of a majority of my viewers are going to expect. Being authentic doesn’t always make everyone that happy, so it’s designed as best it can to meet the expectation of the biggest group of my viewers.
