Did this recipe today and it came out soooo.. Hear me good... SOOO DELICIOUS!!! , I have tried different styles (out in restaurants and stuff) of Carne guisada before, but this has been so far the best recipe I have eaten and cooked myself close to those restaurant flavors!

Se ve muy rica, en Cuba la preparamos muy diferente, en ves de agregar agua, agregamos vino seco para que la carne ablande bien y obtenga una consistencia más espesa. De igual manera hacemos un sofrito de ajo, ají verde y cebolla, más comino , orégano, sal y pimienta. Que lindo ver las diferentes formas en la que se puede preparar. Gracias
