QUEEN OF UNDERRATED, I LOVE EMOTION, YOU WON A FAN WITH THAT AMAZING ALBUM!

She released the most important pop album of the 2010's imo. Emotion is a classic and helped push forward the 80's revival sound. She wasn't the first to do this sound, but she was certainly impactful in bringing it back.

Carly was born to do Dev Hynes's songs, dude is probably the best pop songwriter working

she is so magical, and this song is A BOP, i mean EMOTION IS THAT ALBUM, i love her.

I keep happening upon these great performances of these great songs from this great album. Has any pop artist in recent years been as delightfully surprising as CRJ has been with EMOTION? I'm loving the heck out of this!

There's so much talent here its uncanny. This has a very pleasant and smooth/robust sound. Phenomenal performance and song altogether.

Dev Hynes is such an amazing songwriter. Everything is Embarrassing - Sky Ferreria, Losing You - Solange, and now this. Plus everything hes done as Blood Orange

It’s 2019 and I sadly jus found this!! Her sound is so classic I fell in love first 15 seconds first time hearing it!!! Masterfully put together and sung!!! It's pretty hard to be sure because of the fact that it's a closeup shot and you can't see what the rest of the band is doing, but that could be an editing error. There's a few throughout the video where her hands on the mic randomly change position between shots. A good example is the sequence at 3:42 - 3:50 where first her left hand is holding the mic, then her right hand, and then her left hand again.

This sounds like if prince wrote it good song 😄
