Alvy and Grimace is a deadly combo!
I think Mendoza is approaching the situation very maturely and professionally. Anything can happen now through September. But, either way, very impressed with Mendoza and the Mets!! Keep it up, guys!!

Absolutely. Moving Lindor to the leadoff spot was ingenious. It’s paying dividends.
Everyone is giving credit to Grimace but this turn around started after the Lopez glove incident and the subsequent players only meeting. Mets are 17-6 since that meeting. Mets have an extra outfielder and should consider trading Marte and try to get a solid reliever to replace Ottavino. McNeil shouldn’t see the field again unless there’s an injury or someone needs a day off. Iglesias has earned that spot. Add Senga and Christian Scott into the rotation and the Mets are playoff bound
I think the METS need to aquire a setup man to complement EDWIN DIAZ once he comes back.
