Carl, there are times when there's no friends or comfort, Jesus never leaves you. Best thing I ever did was ask Jesus to save me.

Carl, the only advice i can give you, whiched worked for me, was training every single day! Even if I were tired, i would get up, train and go for a walk down to the river. Try it out.
