Here's another demo for Carl Martin featuring their AC-Tone single channel pedal. This is a great sounding overdrive with a real AC signature. I really like the pedal and I enjoyed playing it in the demo. The intro track brought me back to when I was a little kid when Status Quo had their hit called Down Down. This is a good example of the typical AC tone you can get from this pedal. Other examples in this demo are Brian May (Queen) and U2.

The new `single channel` AC-Tone, is a smaller pedal-board friendly, single channel version of the original Pro-Series AC-Tone. It features 3 knobs and 1 switch and has a slightly beefed up Gain section, but shares the very same tone as its big sister! The single AC-Tone also incorporates our new DC-DC converter circuitry, so the pedal can be powered by a regulated 9V Power Supply but will still operate on the same +-12V level as the original AC powered AC-Tone. This allows us to use the same high quality components which provide the same tone and headroom that make the CM Pro-Series pedals stand out from the rest!

Hey Harry, I found your video and had to tell you that your 'Quo' intro totally blew me away! I had to watch it 4 times! That gorgeous biting Tele sound, and the way you hammered out that rock'n'roll with all those dynamics... just perfect. I think you can tell I liked it!

I just discovered Carl martin pedals after looking for a good substitute for a plexi amp. These pedals are incredible and a bargain for what they are. I haven’t come across any other brand that simulates other amp tones better.

Excellent actone demo. Low gain testing great! I too have 52 tele. reissue plus deluxe reverb and bandmaster so this helps a lot!!
