Yeah, I’ve been watching Ethan surf this spot for the last few days staying warm and loose even tho he’s out of the event. So good to watch live. Anyway, yes, staying with Steph. I’m often criticized for putting too much weight on past performance and I agree I’m often guilty of that. Carissa has this air in her arsenal, but it’s rare she hucks it. Would love to see it in a heat. Cheering for underdog men, but it would be a small miracle 🙏
