Strongest runner always on that second leg that’s where most races are really determined if you know you know
Alana is amazing. Been noting her from class 4, and she has progressed gradually over the years. But now bops ... she jacked it up this year and is now one of the nicest young sprinters on the planet. My girl is on a fine trajectory.

She is inspiring one year she came last at champs. Look at her now
@anclark2063

Her progression and motivation began when she won the Nacac u17 200m in 2021 that was what wetted her appetite, she did clocked some very fast times last season 11.22,11.30+ etc, albeit losing to our other phenomenons and then that World JR Bronze thats what did the THING coming into this season. We can expect a lot more execellent displays from this young athlete,her footballer (her dad is an x national representative) built body seems to relishes training.

Somebody kindly explain the round-off from 43.53 to 44.01 for the U20 girls 4x100m relay winning time? On what basis is that determined? There are some huge rounding-off differentials of times at this Carifta Games. I've never seen that before. How are the officials measuring a long jump event with eyesight and a measuring tape? This doesn't necessarily account for accuracy. Something isn't right here...🤔

For real 43.54 rounded to 44.01 something definitely not right with those times the only time the time remains the same is when Bahamas win either it go up or remains the same and I'm saying it because something isn't right.
