The first time I heard this song was on a skate video. My first thought was; the skateboard tricks are the video for this song! Complete paradigm shift of my thought processes, helping me gather insight into this present reality, where I reside for the time being! Music is the awakening!

There's nothing like seeing a band live and having the music reverberate inside your chest as it plays you like a bass drum. Caribou won't disapoint. And there's no such thing as cheating in this instance. The more music the better!

I caught them at Barton's Bordello in London England, and at the Starlight in Waterloo, Ontario. These guys put on a good show.

What is the drummer riding on at the beginning of the song ? I would assume a device that produces this jinggle bells sound, but I'm not seeing anything.

Not many (male) singers are able to sing that high live, while playing an instrument ontop of that.

Not exactly the same but I would recommend White Denim - D album and Corsicana to start with. Also perhaps Unknown Mortal Orchestra, all albums.

They performed Andorra so much better than they perform Swim, but I think it's just a result of the sound of the album translating well to a live setting.
