    I really like your layout! I've seen a ton of these builds, and this one is very smart. Loads of storage. Great idea for the bathroom to be in the back with the garage area, instead of in ( or near) the nose like most other builds. Plus, you showed me that I can keep my big screen TV and view it comfortably down the long way of the trailer. I'm definitely going to copy that. Thank you for posting...great video!

Don't get me wrong people do beautiful and creative work with great skills and imagination but for me this is "IT". Sorry for rambling i hope you guys are enjoying it...

    You guys did an excellent job, love it ! Except one thing... the ironing board !!!! LOL !!! Do you really iron while camping, LOL ? I don't even iron at home ! May I suggest a steamer ? They are small, will fit perfect in your bathroom or one of your drawers and they make getting the wrinkle out soooo easy ! Enjoy your travels, your "home" is lovely !

    Thank you! We just use the ironing board as a quick folding base for the table, not actually for ironing. Also, we have decided the table is too big, so we will be reducing the length by about 1 foot soon.

    Very nice layout and all the storage is amazing, quick question how does a normal toilet gets dumped, do you have a black tank or can give more details on how it works. Again thanks for sharing your amazing conversion.

  • @stratokev2

    @stratokev2

    Жыл бұрын

    The toilet empties straight down to a normal RV bayonet style connection for a sewer hose. The hose goes straight from the connection to the campground sewer. This has been working great since we always stay at campgrounds that have full hookups including sewer connection. (And we only use the toilet for #1) This fall however, we are going to camp at a state campground that does not have sewer connections. For this we have a ten gallon external tank on wheels that we will feed the sewer hose into. Then we will wheel the tank to the campground dump station to empty it.

  • @stratokev2

    @stratokev2

    Жыл бұрын

    Yes, we had that concern also. That is why we installed the second latch keeper www.ebay.com/itm/200890920212 and always keep the latch locked in the 2nd latch keeper. Also, while camping we unlock the rear door and have a barrel lock on the inside to allow emergency escape from the rear if needed.
