I remember when I first saw Cargo shorts in retail shopping centers. I went to Old Navy and they had them in every color.

Cargo shorts are mandatory ! All types of shorts are always correct, shaped, stylish, hippt, On the edge fasion And comfortable. Cargo shorts are good bescuse it has pockets to put items in. Soccer shorts are causal and practical Easy to wash and even more comfortable than cargo shorts.

Cargo shorts are just practical. A lot of people need the utility of the cargo shorts.

Cargos are the best. Ppl say they throw off your balance in fashion but i think they just dont know how to wear them....I don't wear tight jeans or shorts.... I like fitted but not tight.... I guess it all comes down to what your style is.... don't follow what popular... MAKE YOUR OWN STYLE.... cargos shorts/pants are life for me.

i've been wearing cargo shorts nearly every day for 2 years and i think i may wear them full time for the rest of my life.

The "war on cargo shorts" is a "war on practicality." Cargo shorts are standard-issue summer attire in my neck of the woods (Indiana). There's no generational preference. People of all ages wear them. As for me, there are only four items I carry on a regular basis: wallet, change pouch, keys, cellphone. Without the cargo pockets, I'd have to carry my cellphone in a holster that requires a belt and I don't always feel like wearing a belt.

The people who care don't matter and the people who matter don't care. However, I was a lifer. I always button my pockets and I even press my shorts so that the pockets don't look sloppy. You can take the boy out of the Army, but you can't take the Army out of the boy. And this is a pretty fair story. Most people like cargo shorts, a few people don't. There's nothing wrong with that.
