@nootenstien13 actualy nooten, they all should know english. when you go to school in germany you take english from a 4th grade equevlent(their schools are a little diffeerent) and you take that up tell you graduate highschool. all the teens up to people in their 30's in this generation know at least enough to keep a converstation
