Prof. (Dr.) Ranbir Singh is the Former (Founding) Vice-Chancellor of National Law University, Delhi, as well as NALSAR University of Law. He is the Chairman, Search cum Selection Committee IIIDEM, Election Commission of India. Among his other reputed associations, he is a Member, Board of Management, International Association of Universities (IAU), Paris; a Member Council, The Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), London; a Founding Member, Board of Governors', Asian Law Institute, (ASLI), Singapore.
