Thank you so much ma'am for your efforts. There are rarely any videos explaining about career prospects in Microbiology in KZread in such details. Ma'am can you please cover the research opportunities and Scientists after PhD in more details? Like how to approach these two fields after or during MD microbiology? Also ma'am, a video on how to study microbiology during residency will be immensely helpful 🥺

Also can talk about MD microbiologist working in smaller cities and improving labs.. Can talk about negative points like 1 Microbiologist reporting for many centers thus job opportunities are limited. Also salaries are somewhat saturated and dont handsomely reward as compared to other clinical branches

USA u will have to clear USMLE to practice as clinical microbiologist/ Infection control officer.. Incase you want to work, you will have to get into a research field, do some PhD and den work as research associate... Job prospects in UAE are open to work as Clinical Microbiologist with Indian degree... UK u can after FRCPath Microbiology...

Not much, but Will add to the degree... Higher chances of getting into Govt / Pvt Medical colleges... Better recognised in Pvt hospitals & Abroad... Basically with the same efforts, you will get MD & DNB degree, if you plan and give DNB soon after ur MD Microbiology exam I hope this answers

For DNB - same as MD - Same preparation & same pattern of exam - theory & practicals... So plan to write DNB exam soon after MD final exams...

Is there any chance to do fellowship in abroad Especially in Asian countries like Singapore ( is it possible to do fellowship like other clinical branches in us nad k ) . I am in dilemma . I am preparing for central institutes but i hate clinical subjects except radio . Please do help . After md i want to go abroad . Mostly in Asian countries

Depends on the previous ranks... Seats r d same .. Of higher ranks don't take den der are chances...
