Man after graduating way back in 2014 in engineering I battled with mental illnes(social anxiety and ocd) for almost 6 years. I couldn't step out of my house because of my fears and anxiety issues. Now at 28 i feel i am way too old to do anything fruitful in my life. All my friends are well settled and happy in thier life. I am clueless what should i do now.

I hope the anxiety is controlled or at least managed through medications. Start from a relatively simple job like desk jobs, or maybe start a small scale business like a store which requires low capital and low stress
