Let me be absolutely clear here.....i hv done MSc with BEd...and has been struggling with getting a job... 1. Private schools me aapse atleast 3-5 years ka experience maangte hain kisi reputed public school ka.. 2. Private schools prefer female teachers the most...kai baar toh bol dete hain ki "we dont hire male teachers here"...mtlb interview me ager bnde se less competent bndi h toh..they will surely hire her over you...ye chij public schools me b hai bhott.. 3. Private schools demand higher level of knowledge 4.they want you to have excellent spoken english skills... Here m talking about good private schools that pay you well... So try to start getting experience from anywhere you can...anf m telling you...your coaching experience will NOT be taken into consideration in interview in private school...they simply ask ki.."school ka experience kitna hai"..
