I am sharing one problem with you In MP govt in hospital they call for as a assitant manager and qualification was there mba in public health management, hospital management, hospital administration but my specialization was health care services management. For this exam I qualified written exam and qualified for interview process but before interview they took our documents to verify the course after that I disqualified for the interview. They answer me your mba title is not according to our title. I went to high court to challenge them same they replied there. They accepted your title is equivalent to our title but not as it is in advertisement that I had mention above. Please help me how can I proof in court give me some relevant documents that could be accepted in court.

See, ideally, I have no answer to this because what they are saying makes no sense whatsoever. Your degree is a valid degree and it doesn't make any sense that they are stating such absurd clauses. I don't know what you can produce in court to prove it to them.

The curriculum of Indian MPH programme will be tailored to tackle local health challenges for the benefit of the community in our country. While talking about MPH in the US or any other foreign country, the course equips you to look at health challenges at a more global level.

@@veda8846 nope, since there is a huge difference between the healthcare sector abroad and in India. You cant come back to India with your MPH degree from abroad.
