    Never buy any health policy of Niva Bupa. You won't get reimbursement claim from them. Their entire team is indulged in malpractice. They reject the claim for no reason.

    Madam is aspire plan covers new born from day 1 up to sum assured if the baby is hospitalised or just like mother there is limitation for expenses ?? As no other company gives such plans and other comapanies add the baby after 91 days . Whats your view on this ?? Dr Piyush Pande

    No bro, i am using reassure 1.0 for the last 3years, last year during my renuval I'm not able to migrate it to reassure 2.0, coz there is no migration aka port for niva bupa users. So, in tkia year there is an attractive policy came, that is Aspire. So I asked my agent to migrate me to Aspire, he guided me to port niva bupa to any other premium policy, they come back in Next year to niva bupa aspire. It's the only way for Reassure 1.0 users. But last I get a migration to Reassure 2.0, but I don't migrated, I port my 3 year seriority policy of niva bupa Reassure 1.0 to care Supreme.

    do not buy from Niva Bupa. They will only sell you policy by not revealing the extra loading charges and when you want to cancel the policy and ask for refund, they will not pick the phone. You have to deal with the confusing self service portal to get the complaint registered. very pathetic and unprofessional.
