This is a unique opportunity where cardiology fellows can learn beside first-year fellows in vascular surgery in a multi-disciplinary approach from the basics to the newest developments. Expert-led interactive lectures are complemented with hands-on training, covering topics such as TEE/TTE interpretation using simulators, emergent hands-on management, tips and tricks for vascular access, cardiac catheterization, and a guided tour of cardiac and vascular anatomy from a surgeon’s point of view.
