I just changed careers from manufacturing to medicine, my first shift as a cardiac monitor tech is Tuesday night. Having passed the course that my hospital had assigned to me, I was still unconfident in my knowledge. You did a fantastic job of breaking everything down and thoroughly explaining the conditions, as well as associating these conditions with their respective ECG signatures. Thank you so much! You did a fantastic job.

There is something that he missed in this video they're actually two versions of the second degree heart block. There is a second degree mobitz one where the PR interval begin to lengthen and eventually the QRS complex drops. This is often referred to as Wenckebach. And no I'm not making this up this is legit don't ask me who the heck came up with that name. Second degree mobitz 2 is known as a sudden drop in the QRS complex without any warning from the PR interval lengthening.

26:45 But blood doesn’t really fall into the ventricles by the effect of gravity. It moves according to the pressure gradient created by the relatively negative pressure in the relaxed ventricles even if the body was positioned upside down. (i.e. the ventricles suck the blood out of the atria during diastole). Other than that, you have really broken down arrhythmias for me in such a great simple way, so keep up the good work.💪👏 All the love from Egypt. 🇪🇬❤️

The only confusing thing in this video is the PR interval. I learned the PR interval is measured from the beginning of the upslope of the P wave to the beginning of the QRS wave (first deflection downward from the isoelectric line). In the video, it seems you are saying (min 32:10) that the PR interval ends at the top of the R wave. This would be inaccurate according to the definition I was taught. Overall, the video was really helpful. Thank you
