Hello, I have one doubt about alarms of Dräger because I heard something recently about yellow alarms also (sometimes flashing led, in version Gamma) have the like "bong-bong" acoustic, does Delta have that type of alarm, I can send one link to hear that alarm if you need to understand more what I'm talking about.

The bell ping noise sounds like one of the sounds of the Yamaha Dx7 synthesiser

Messing with me seeing a resp rate 0 in VF with fantastic O2 and perfusion and a BP that’s brain popping high 😂 Conclusion, they’re having a heart attack, a stroke, and respiratory arrest. But they’re well oxygenated and perfusing well.

I'm Sorry we only have the Dräger Infinity Delta Monitor and a Dräger Oxylog 2000Plus, all our other devices are from other brands.

Der würde sich auf jeden Fall verändern, jedoch handelt es sich hier um eine Simulationspuppe am Monitor und der Instruktor hat nur den Herzrhytmus angepasst und nicht die anderen Vitalzeichen :)

Thank you! The monitor was connected to a simulator for practice purposes at the time :) This device makes a realistic Training possible.

Why does the Dräger monitor look like Siemens monitors?

Why does it says VF instead of 130-170 Why does it says ASY instead of 0?

VF = ventricular fibrillation. It usually does have a frequency of 250-320/min. The ventricles are contracting very fast and not coordinated, resulting in no blood circulation. Using a number would be useless, you don't have a pulse. It's just important to know it's VF (you can also see this at the ecg). But asystole equals a pulse of zero. The monitors are just detecting different patterns and categorize them (yellow, red) with the fitting alarm sound. That's why there's "ASY" and not just 0.

Because it is Non-Invasive, and therefore not a real-time measurement....but apart from that, yes, that BP combination is pretty much off
