It just work like a projector so needs dankness for better result.. works better in ordinary lights but will be somewhat invisible in sunlight

can i try it with a pic or video on my own? i gotta use this method to present a 3d house model, but im still wondering if i can just play a video or pic i make and it would reflect the same way as if i look it up on youtbe?

Yeah you can do. To do so you have make the video background black(by some editing software), the black part would not be reflected as the hologram is covered black, so it provides transparency and and you will see the hd result
