Magician Notes
I wasn't sure how to approach the story of this one until I thought of the doctor idea earlier in the week. When Sunday came around, it was Happy Mar10 Day and I was like... "It needs to be Dr. Mario themed." You can see I use a couple of disparate gaffs and combine them and give them all a specific story-telling reason in this trick. I thought it really came together nicely at the end. I don't really "explain" the trick to guide the spectator. I just want them to enjoy the story of visiting with Dr. Mario.
As for sleights, I tried to have slightly less movement on a crucial switch. Then I had a different thing I came up with to display the AH and place it on the table (original handling bothered me a little bit, even with good execution). So this is ultimately what I came up with.
