Alright, this one was a little weird - but I did write down the recipe because I knew you would want it.
I mixed this together like my usual focaccia method, and here are the amounts.
500g Bread Flour
175g yolks
375g Water
5g yeast
3g sugar
8g salt
Topped it with partially rendered guanciale, lots of black pepper and pecorino folded into the dough.
