In this video we are going to talk about the Carrier furnace recall and why these heat exchangers for high efficiency furnaces manufactured between 2002 - 2012 went through a recall. These Carrier, Bryant, and Payne furnaces are a condensing high efficiency furnace, and had several issues with the secondary heat exchangers plugging up and clogging. That why if you find a pressure switch error on any of these furnaces, it is almost always indicative of needing replacement.
