When temp is -57 And P= 5.2atm

Sir when we liquify the solid Co2 .so why should we decrease the pressure.i saw water system but in case of solid H2o exist much volume so we had to do high pressure so that it could be liquid.

depends on you. if you want to convert solid to liquid you can go by any of three ways: change both T & P, change only P or change only T. And the high pressure thing you are talking about is because of anomalous behavior of water that is the case along the fusion curve but it is not the case in CO2
