Whipped cream and heavy cream is the same except heavy cream has more fat percentage in it. So just find the heavest (whipping) cream. Because I made a cheesecake before where it had to be made with heavy cream too but I just used a cream for whipping that was at least 38% fat and it worked great and tasted good
can i ask? what was the size of the square pan you use?
