Caracals can't meow, they growl and hiss as communication. He isn't angry in most of the videos and you can tell because his ears aren't folded back.

​@@IVLgnI've seen a lot of tail flicking too. Most body signals from this cat show it's not at all comfortable with its surroundings. Could it be a good pet with the right treatment? Maybe, but its owner clearly just wants to use it as an accessory and shove a camera in its face.

They usually have independent spirits. They like to be ignored for large periods of time, and will come to you eventually for love or food.
