Hindu Adoption Law me age difference 21 years bataya hai aur CARA guidelines me 25 years..Jab ek Hindu Ladka adopt karna chahega toh kaunsa criteria lagega ?

Sir,I’m 25 years old and I’m a po in SBI I want to go for an adoption of more than one child but I’m am single and according to the Indian law I can’t adopt more than one male child but some countries like China and South Korea have international adoption of girl child as well, so my question is that should I go for international adoption in South Korea?

I have no idea about international adoption, but i respect what you are doing, i have similar plans (not international adoption) but yes for adoption in India.

non uniformity of Adoption laws is a big problem, there is not much literature about it either, indian adoption laws need massive reforms.
