Nothing new, Westend and 1st Ward were under water like that in 2001 with Allison, before the ignorant renaming of the area
Oh Tracy thaw wanted some fancy water lol n got stuck.
I always drive, never walk, 200 yards to the store for an Evian water during a hurricane…but never without my puppy. 👌🙄
