I hope the 7 piece lineup is going to stick for awhile. They sound great, especially the aux percussion and additional vocals. Hell everything about the expansion sounds great!

Holy crap. I was surprised to hear the difference in the intro alone, but I really love this performance. I think there's a different vibe from this arrangement. It feels more upbeat, energetic, and funky in a sense. Definitely a huge difference compared to the early Toledo and Car Seat Headrest. Damn I also think as a whole with these kexp performances the entire group is super energized and I dig it.

Best recording of this song to date? Also the synth at 3:11 and everything after is SO TIGHT. It’s been amazing watching this band grow from lofi dude in his car into a literal powerhouse full band. So much love to this band 💗

Glad to see they’re still playing live shows with Naked Giants! They fit right in with the rest of the band!

I think the one guy playing drums may be at least partially robotic. I don't think I've ever seen a human move that fast and that precisely.

I've been able to get somewhat close to it considering that I'm on a Strat by using both bridge and neck pickups, raising the low end and mid on my Boss 7 Band EQ pedal and a lot of compression with my MXR dynacomp. I also raise the level on the EQ just a nudge past midpoint to get some distortion.
