भाई अगर कोइ राजस्थान में goverment में नौकरी करता है और राजस्थान के बैंक में सैलरी आ रही है और फिलहाल हरियाणा में रह रहा है और आधार कार्ड में हरियाणा का address है और राजस्थान में बैंक से लोन लेकर हरियाणा नंबर की gaddi ले रहा हो आधार कार्ड adress के आधार पर तो कोई bank problem हो सकती है या नहीं। ऐसी स्थिति मे candidate को id proof me Rajasthan का document देना होगा या हरियाणा का। हरियाणा नंबर गाड़ी लेने पर। जी क्लीयर करो साहब।

Hello sir, I have applied for car loan of Rs. 10 lacs from pnb @ 8.8% p.a. floating rate for 60 months ( 5 years) tenure emi amounts to Rs. 20661/- apx. But while signing the documents i saw tenure of 84 months ( 7 years ) emi amounts to Rs. 15988/- when i questioned, bank employee replied that account open kar ke 60 months kar denge.. and i signed the documents. But now in my loan account its showing tenure of 84 months only with emi of rs. 15988/-. When i contacted to bank he's saying to pay installment according to 60 month's emi i.e. Rs. 20661/- and your loan will be cleared in 5 years. I want to know that is their any adverse effect of over payment of emi.. like in my cibil score etc. I have taken loan for the first time.. plz help

2 Questions : 1) Can there be a home loan for less than 1 year? 2) Can I choose the EMI amount (in case I want to keep it higher than what the minimum tenure suggests)?
