I used the og claybar and a microfiber towel on my windows and my glass has never been clearer.

Two towel method works well if the second towel is not microfiber. It either smudges or it loses the fibers and they stick to the window. The waffle weave was the way to go an old t-shirt works best for polishing the glass after the initial cleaning.

Newspaper, the old Mexican fashion way 😂

I leaneed about the news paoer method in bodyshop class in highschool hut we used glass cleaner and then the news paper or brown paper towels. Its ok but leaves lint behind. Nothing beats the microfiber design for glass

Using anything other than water with newspaper will simple bleed out the ink that is printed on it. I've never bought into that idea. Microfiber all day and twice on Sundays!

I’ve got a couple methods (by the way, I’m a driveway detailer, detailing my own vehicles, not a professional). I get it mostly taken care of during the wash. I soap up real well and use a window cleaner (bug sponge on one side and squeegee on the other). I’m in Florida, so bugs are a normal thing. I use Sprayway foaming glass cleaner and use either a microfiber towel or a bug sponge. I’ve got a small one that’s real soft and the mesh is more fine. All else fails, clay bar. Cheers!

Ngl they should of kept the water as the control for a fair test where the method of what is used to wipe be the experiment. Or use chemical guy products with all 3 wipe method. It's basic 101. Although using a waffle towel is best regardless.

Hey soft news paper non color only work because it absorbs water and dirt. Newer glossy like paper does not and or color does horrible. So this video is useless. Good place to find older good newspaper is garage sales.

I’m confused. You used water with the other two methods and then used window cleaner with the last. I feel like it should have been all window cleaner or all water. Maybe even both…

The test was for the argument why use your cleaner and towels when all you need is x and water.

Why didn’t you use water just like the other two ways. But you using chemicals.😏

Because the premise of the video was ‘we always recommend cleaning your glass this way, but you guys keep commenting that newspaper+water and coffee filter+water work just as well’

7 wasted coffee filters... nope, all coffee filters are waste!
