MS Seven Sisters ferry is a Ro-Ro passenger vessel operated by the Denmark-based company DFDS SEAWAYS. The ship has a max capacity of 600 passengers and 224 cars (or 75 trucks/trailers). The vessel was launched in 2006 and currently operates on the England-France ferry route

Great video, thank you. Newhaven to Dieppe has always been scheduled at 4 hours for the 65 nautical mile crossing. The Transmanche ferries vessels Cote D'Albatre and Seven Sisters built at the Sietas yard in Vigo are both capable of doing the crossing in a lot less than 4 hours, but the extra cost in fuel is probably huge. I have been told that in 1994 or 95 when Stena Line operated both conventional ferries and a 74m Incat fast craft, the latter vessel Stena SeaLynx did the crossing in just 1 hour and 38 minutes. Can anyone else clarify this please...??
