Capturing Super Fine Gold - The lil Gold Mizer

Ойын-сауық

Today I'll be doing a quick review of the lil Gold Mizer centrifuge bowl made by J&E Projects. These centrifuge bowls are designed to capture super small gold commonly found in hard rock gold ore.

I have one. Yes they work really well. It has paid for itself over and over again. To make it work you have to have gold in the dirt

Interesting, very small gold. I find lots of iron stone with micro gold. But we look for big gold here in the triangle. Place tailing in water before throwing it in may help.

You need to use jet dry with gold that fine.

the material i am working with is already at the level of a fine dust (its gone through a -100 material screen), it has gold in it at -100 and smaller, so no need to crush it down any smaller, the -100 is hard enough to see already. the lil mizer has my attention, if it can capture -100 and smaller it would be worth investing in one of these.

Most centrifuge bowls have the ability to capture gold between 400-600 mesh. I haven’t had the chance to do that extensive of testing yet with this one but it works far better than anything else I’ve tried.

I'm pretty sure a majority of people do this and it's more of Hobby or low income. You've got to really have a bit of super luck /knowledge and equipment to make a serious living and even then it's hit or miss. In Alaska these people had so much equipment and had all These big dreams but all you saw was a graveyard of old equipment as they couldn't sustain a livable income. I've wanted to do this my entire adult life but sadly reality sets in and as a single mom I could have the luxury of gambling w my kids livelihood. I guess parents are supposed to feed and get clothes for these little things we decide to have called kids. Nobody warned me !!! Lol

3:34 , you could atleast make a video showing the ore/ rocks, so you will know who's who, abd whats what, if the ore looks greatly different.. it will be easier to tell detailed video is better. If a little detailed note inside a Ziploc bag, ziptied to the bag or bucket the ore sample is in, is just too much to do!! Maybe soneone can make thick clear plastic envelope tags with either a short reusable ziptie, a long zip tie, or just a hole for string or ziptie to attach it. A a simple 2"x3" tag can do wonders. Especially if the tag folds up into the tag. With the part going on tge inside being a material that can be written on. Having a app that used GPS to make a map to print labels to go in tags, may be too far, but would be awesome! Know where your ore is from down to the meter or less! Haha. It would be awesome!

The short answer is yes. But there’s lots of things that affect whether you succeed or fail. Most people don’t make it.
