So many gorgeous skirts! I have fabric on it’s way for a few and wondering if you think poplin would be too stiff for the tiered version?

We had a few peeps use some quilting cottons and they still had nice drape, so I think it would be fine! Would love to see it! ~J

Can I mix and match fabrics with this pattern? For instance stretch for top tier and cotton for the rest.

Possibly? I would probably keep your more stable fabrics as the top tier and drapier fabrics on the bottom would probably work okay. I wouldn't use something very stretch/drapey as a top tier and then add a heavier woven tier. But if your knit has really good recovery or very little vertical stretch, it should work okay for a top tier (and then mixed with equally weighted fabrics, whether woven or knit.) ~J
