Capri 2.0S cosworth, 0-200 km/h and 100-230 km/h
This is my old capri 2.0S with cosworth 2.0 YB engine, t5 gearbox and atlas 3.44 + zf motorsport lsd rear axle. Earlier the engine gave 364 hp but after rebuild with wrc-pistons, long H-profile rods, ported head + bd16 cams it has not been dynoed yet. Let´s see after turbo swap.
The guitar player is my relative. His playing and this Deep Purple`s old song sounds good to me and hope you like it too.

i love capri's and i love guitar based music, but if watching such a fantastic engine i would rather hear the engine
What can I say..? I like the music and the car.. It's just awesome like it came fresh from the factory. Back then they made cars, nowadays they make wind tunnel "eggs", with no soul..

Ford should have put this Cosworth engine in the Capri in the first place. I wish I still had my Capri.
I enjoyed the music almost as much as I remembered my youth.

I built one very similar to this in '91/2??? It was only 270BHP, had Brooklands interia and wheels, Cosworth 4-pot front calipers and 2-pot rears, Skorpian X frame on a 2ltr axle fitted with an LSD, 145lb CD6 Escort rear springs and 220lb -2" front springs all Bilstein shocks. The best car I've ever had and I wish I kept it.....
That Capri is a bit mental, but boy I want it , but that center stripe would have to go , what a machine, cheers for showing us pal👍🏼

not a lot I would change to this. gorgeous. I'd maybe make the AFR meter a bit more subtle aswell as the boost gauge. sort of try and put them in beside the other dials for a more factory look but that's me just pointlessly picking fault. the car is perfection really.

Yes, engine and gearbox are from 2wd Sierra Cosworth. The original engine in this car was 2000cc v6 with 90hp :)

who is that on guitar , man you can do better on interior, especially seats, outside car looks great!
