I joined Capgemini they tood before CTC was 3 L.P.A and means Rs 25000 in offer letter mentioned Rs 294000 i will get Ra21500 in hand reducing 1500 pf , graduity 6000 total in one year i will get 276000 with pf

Ahemdabad company also have 2 year bond... Don't join any Service bases firms. Always look out for Product Based companies.
