Freshly arrived in Cape Town, South Africa, we explore the vibrant V&A Waterfront, entertainment and picturesque harbor settings (not to mention the food!), then make our way to the top of Signal Hill, where we get breathtaking views of Table Mountain, Lion's Head, and an unforgettable sun set over the Atlantic Ocean.

As a Cape Town resident for 38 years. The tourist places are nice but the real beauty lies in the hidden gems you don't see on tv.

It certainly is. I’m leaving Cape Town and going back to the freezing cold northern hemisphere in about 48 hours time😢

@@LOSadventures I lived in SA for 40 years, now in UK, but my heart is African! I did my first paragliding off Signal Hill in 2015. I am going over February next year and an so excited 😊. God bless.
