Tbh, I feel like this ending could kinda explain Oni Akuma from SF4. Either this one or God Rugal

I was get the New character in cvs 2

So when did Shin Akuma become a character? My understanding is that he only existed in the battle against his former master. Was that story created for Shin Akuma or was it the other way around?

Beat shin Akuma then he becomes playable however his player hp is very low

I think he may have first appeared in SF2 if not SF3. Regular Akuma was kind of a hidden character to begin with, but Shin Akuma was I believe a hack or cheat version of regular Akuma with two fireballs back in 2nd impact. I think Alpha series as well.

I think Shin Akuma is harder at a low difficulty while Ultimate Rugal is harder at a high difficulty
