Thanks to this tutorial I just created a canva application! Do you know if pdfescape allows the person to attach a photo to their application? The application can be downloaded and submitted on Squarespace.

okay how do I merge it into a work Book with pictures?

I love the tutorial but I hate that the boxes stay there but faded. I have a green background and you can see the box that I have placed. Does anyone know how to get rid of this? I've tried going on settings and making it invisible but it just removes the box completely and you cant edit it on pdf.

Can this work in mobile

So could i email this and could they fill in and send back to me?

I love this, however . . this is my issue, the reason I want to learn to make my pdf fillable is because I want to be able to send it to my clients and for them to fill it out and send them back. So this is great for when you just send it and don't have to receive it back but if you need it to be filled and sent back, it does not save the text box that the client has filled out :( QUESTION: once we create the fillable PDF and enter in the information in the fillable areas, how is that data saved? I tried to save it and it doesn't seem to work. Thanks. 👍

Hey Samdra! thanks for your question! So before you start filling the PDF out make sure to open it up on your computer (not your internet browser). That's how you will get the text to save. Hmmm - interesting. I'm not sure why this can't be done within Canva itself. If you can share a template that people can edit - can't you just put an empty text box on a page and when people access it they can click inside the empty text box and start typing? If not - I'm confused. I just assumed that this was something that could be done just be the nature of being able to share/sell templates with the software. It's kind of tedious to always be needing outside programs to do things. So, can you then upload this new fillable form to Canva as a working, fillable form that you can the share or sell or use as a fillable form template????

Can we export the content from the fillable box to excel?

How strange Toni! Maybe it's too big? You could try compressing the pdf before uploading it to Canva. Hope that helps!

Canva allows free trial only for certain number of days. Any options instead of Canva?

Just wanted to let you know that Canva is free. Their free plan is a free forever plan. The limited trial is if you want to try the pro version. You can create a ton of stuff with the free version.
