I watched over 50 videos on this and your by far is the best from start to finish! Other people made me confused as they only showed you one small thing like create a weekly planner and sell it. Beginner like me was like, how do I even connect and put them together? I already know how to design, just don't know how to put them together and make it seamless to use or connect them from one thing to the next. So thank you so much for your video. Helps a lot.

I would like to know how to take a simple yearly planner of around 400 pages with hyperlinks and then compress the file to under 20 Megabytes to list in my Etsy shop. I created the month of January with hyperlinks but it's already around 4 mg and I don't have much for graphics. I still have 11 months to go. Thanks in advance.

Thanks, You must link pages to the tab; simply add a link to pages in the tab.

where can we sell it?

This is so wonderful. I have a question. If you have more than 16 pages to add links to tabs, will copy and pasting work. Another tutorial suggested to add 100% transparent elements over the tabs (with links) to copy and paste to each page. Will this work? Do we have to add individual links to each tab on each page?

So you don’t need to add multiple notes pages and grocery list pages etc? It’ll automatically duplicate while they go through the months or they’ll be able to duplicate it?

Yes it is.

I did exactly what you did, my links are not clickable outside of canva. No matter which PDF I choose, they aren't clickable. Which means I have to do it all in powerpoint.

Yes you can, but you need to alter the design to make it your own, you cannot use the exact same templates.

Once this is completed and we save it as a pdf Standard - will it automatically be easy for the Client to import text to the planner. Or will I have to go to a different website and add text boxes? Thank you.

Hi Kylie. If you have created a digital planner with hyperlinks and saved it as a PDF, your clients can add text to the planner using the text annotation feature in their PDF viewer software. When viewing the PDF file, your clients can select the "Text Annotation" or "Comment" tool in their PDF viewer software and then click on the area where they want to add text. This will create a text box where they can type in their desired text. Alternatively, they can also add a separate text box to the planner by using the "Add Text Box" tool in their PDF viewer software. This tool allows them to create a new text box anywhere in the PDF file and add their own text. It is important to note that the ability to add text annotations or create new text boxes in a PDF file may vary depending on the PDF viewer software used by your clients. Some software may have limited annotation features, while others may offer more advanced tools for editing PDF files. Hope this will clear your doubt. 😊 Thank you.

Hi, Your fill will be downloaded automatically, when you list your item on Etsy, you will be given the option to upload your file. When someone buys it from your shop, they will be able to download it from there. After purchase, etsy will unlock the download. Thanks.
