Thanks Sam for featuring how to cook a variation of porridge. I try cooking cantonese porridge but couldn’t succeed. Now I know why. Appreciate your director for filming all these whole series of home cooking. Thanks to your wife.

I don't know how to make har gow lol. But siu mai OK ... will put it on my list :)

Yes, please do rinse the rice before marinating.

I think in english it is called Sawtooth Coriander.

Sometimes the wet market will sell it, not very often though. Can buy for sure from the Golden Mile Thai supermarket
