Press Windows Key + R, type secpol.msc in Run dialog box and hit Enter. This will open Local Security Policies window.

To login as administrator, u need a password, right? How are we login as admistrator if we didn't hv password.. Your video was cut while u enter password as administrator.. It video not help me..
