I saw José and his brother Ozzie working out at Bally's one time when they were both playing for the Newark Bears they were pretty jacked, but it was funny because they weren't even really working out; they were hitting on all the hot girls LOL

Seeing top athletes at the gym is amusing (not as amusing as seeing my HS principal at the gym, but still funny.) There was a state level bodybuilder where I worked out, he had a girl with him just to wipe off his sweat. As far as his workouts, the gym manager would help him with positioning the heaviest DB for overhead press (respect, most I did was between 65-85? been a while) but other than that he wasn't strong, I only saw him load up a bar to 315 once and that was for shrugs. He looked polished and big, he wouldn't look out of place at the Olympia; but I thought he was gonna do rows that time. Meanwhile, very average looking guys at that gym could squat 600.

I can listen to this guy ALL DAY!!! I love it! His character may be questionable, but he gives some of the most entertaining and as we're starting to find out more often, honest interviews!!

All the things that are being swept under the rug, Canseco is bringing to light and it's Beautiful. We all have dirt on us one way or another.

Wrong, many remember his power and his exposing the lies and cheating in baseball. Lance Armstrong won 6/7 tour de franc bicycle races and for years denied drugs. He was a damn liar and he had the awards taken back. Hundreds of cyclists played by the rules and wasted good sportsmanship for 7 years.

I want to see an Arod V Conseco cage fight, and each fighter is allowed to take roids for a month before fightday.

he has nothing to loose now. So he has no reason to lie. I believe conseco is telling 100% truth. I am a red sox fan, but I still respected A-rods abilities. I hated when he got up to the plate against the sox because I know that he is one of the best. Now, i have no respect for him at all. He is a lying scumbag and should be treated as such. His ego is just revolting. When a player has in their contract that they will be the highest payed player in AL divison, they need to get kicked off.

No respect for Cancesco. In this book, he writes that *EVERYONE* should take steroids, but when he testified, he said the exact opposite.

They are playing football, soccer and basketball. Baseball gets the garbage scraps.

He shouldn't go out and say things like "I put him in contact with a well-known steroid dealer".. that just puts him on the radar and all his contacts, they probably tapping his phones to see who he's calling.. it's just going to put someone else in trouble. I respect Jose however, he made baseball exciting for a time back in the 80s.

Jose didn't introduce the whole league to steroids. I really don't know who did but from what i hear, steroids has been in the league for a long time. Matter of fact, there was a congressional hearing on the issue back in the 80's as well.

About 80% of baseball players take steroids... It's an underground thing people don't talk about. If every player took steroids, I guaranty you that they all will not hit like arod and other big name players. You still need to have some type of talent.

Of course you have proof, oh no wait whos the ignorant one? He lied to us for years and only admitted when he was caught red handed, otherwise the charade would have continued indefinitely without him batting an eyelash just like during that interview he gave to Katie.
