But Dave, Dave!! :-) At ISO 6400 I could def see, that the T4i-image had less noise!!

Dave, your videos are incredibly informative, easy to understand and insanely well edited. The comparisons you make are crystal clear and you really do separate yourself out from a lot of the rubbish that's on youtube. I can tell you spend a lot of time doing these videos (editing etc) so it's a treat to see someone on youtube that actually does it with passion. Thanks, I'll be subscribing to you (and hopefully trade in my 1100d to a 650d!)

I'm trying to decide between the T4i and the D5200 and have been watching reviews non-stop for weeks. Yours are by far the best -- most thorough, well-produced, and well-delivered. Thanks a lot. I'll try to buy some gear on your site so you can keep doing these.

I must say, I looked at a bunch of videos out there for this particular comparison and couldn't find something as close as this in term of quality and details. Subscribed!

The Canon Rebel T3i takes the consumer level dSLR a couple steps closer to the mid-level Canon 60D with the addition of the rotating rear LCD screen, remote flash firing, and in-camera processing features. I bought the T2i first, then decided to upgrade to the T3i, buy it on: #amzn.to/1dD9uGD

look up MAGIC LANTERN free software - get that quick focus mode back and shoot video in RAW just like the top of the line dslr's in the canon family - im surprised more people do not use it - you will love it i promise

Dave Dugdale hai dave thx for this video, can you please upload a video of 60d vs 700d, i am strugling badly to select one of these two, please help me with it. NOTE - video auto focus is not big matter for me.

Dave, fantastic video comparison and review. Its answered many of my questions, I've used a Canon XA-10 for upwards of a year now, and I've recognized its limitations in terms of cinematic quality and was looking for something that I could stretch some artistic muscle with on a budget. The T4i looks like a fantastic camera for the price, and I can attest to how nice the touch screen is, the XA-10 has the same feature (And UI). This will definitely help with my transition to the path of the DSLR.

Loving your videos. I've been rocking a 30D for so long and I finally upgraded to a used 650D today. It is sad to know that the image sensor hasn't changed since 2009, but I'm excited to finally be able to shoot video, have wireless control over my Speedlite, and be able to fully use apps like DSLR Controller.

Great comparison. Very informative. I own a 60D myself and I love it to death. I also want to just point out that the stock music you use at 2:47 is the exact same that we use in the intro video for the church at which I work. Made me grin a little. I actually like it.

Hey Dave, Love your video how-to's and reviews. You are really easy to listen to, make it interesting and informative. Just got a 60D with 18-55mm IS lens and am looking forward to learning and playing around with it.

You guys are very informative and are just providing everyone with a little bit of education and information. Yet some people still think that they are owed something. Thanks Dave your videos have been a big help and shot my first wedding using DSLR's and loved the result. The T4i is my second DSLR and I love it and fits my budget well. Now you can get it for $600 on Amazon and I recommend it as your first DSLR.
