Hi thank you for the review and demo. I got questions, does the paper feels like polaroid photo paper or just like regular photo paper? And is it okay to cut the photo into 4 pieces? Thank you.

Hi Junnjune! It’s very similar to Polaroid paper. Perhaps a little more shiny and less matte. I print four to a page a cut it most of the time. I find it still peels and sticks really well. ☺️

Hello do u know the name of the ink ? I recently ran out and need to buy more but I can’t find it anywhere

Hi Angelina, if you google “selphy square qx10 paper” then it should bring up options in your area ☺️ the paper and ink come in the same box.

Is there a way to know when the ink is ready to be replaced, before printing? Thank you! 😊

Hi Sarah! Selphy refills come with the exact amount of ink to paper that you need. I get refill packs that have 1 cartridge (gives 20 prints) and 2 wrapped print sheet packs that have 10 print papers in each. There are some pros and cons to this but I've not had a print issue where the cartridge ran out of ink and messed up my print. I had a quick look at the app and I can see where it tells me the battery left but not the number of prints used/left from the last refill. I haven't really needed to worry about it because I use the printer enough that I can justify to myself keeping one spare refill at the ready. If ever I wasn't sure then it's easy enough to open it and count the sheets left (just make sure you don't touch the shiny side because it will leave oil residue and mark your final print). Knowing that you get exactly 20 prints, or two paper packs, per cartridge keeps it easy :) I hope my long reply makes sense!!

Hi Syko, I haven’t tested it but printer paper is much more delicate so the paper may get stuck in the machine itself. I don’t think that the ink would react in the same way either.

How do you take the ink thing out?
