my exact thought. I almost tore my printer up!

SAME ! Pathetically inadequate manual, when you have never even seen the printer before.

I just bought this printer and was so mad that I couldn't figure out why I cannot reach these two cartridge places to insert them - your video helped put the missing piece in place!!!! Thank you so much for showing this so well in steps! :)

This video is about how not to change your cartridges and then how it should be done. He starts with telling us that the printer should be turned off (no, it should be turned on), then he tries to show us how to eject the empty cartridge and of course that does not work as the printer is not turned on. Consequently, he gives us the right method and maybe his video is enlightening for us.

EXACTLY what I needed. Super easy, thank you

I observed the ink head moving too far to the right. This prevented me from removing the black cartridge on far right. Leaving the doors open - I hit the power button once. Printer turned off. Then I powered it back on. This time the ink head moved in a appropriate position to allow me to replace the black ink cartridge. Thx for the video.
